What the hay? What the HAY? WHAT THE HAY?!?! WHAT IS GOING ON? Wasn't Hazel trying to kidnapped/ponynap Trixie and force her to reproduce and trying to kill her and her unborn child in the last comic? And NOW, they let her in the library, watching over the little foul, and are acting they nothing happened? WHAT DID I MISS?!?! DID I MISS SOMETHING?!?! Is there another comic that I missed or didn't read?
What's worrying me is that this is not the first time I've read about a little filly losing her parents in a fire... seems like fires are pretty common in Equestria? And I thought it was a beatiful and utopic world! D:
And I like the brother; he's got quite an interesting cutie mark, as runs in the family! I wonder
You're right; for instance I recall in Putting Your Hoof Down you can witness the greed of the merchant ponies. So I guess I exaggereted a little when I said "utopic"; still a beautiful world, to me! One I'd be content to live in, right?
Who knows? Twilight had a very modern-looking contraption in Feeling Pinkie Keen, and anemometers and stuff... maybe in S3 they introduce even more technology. And being a dragon would be something, indeed; diving in a lava pool, how cool is that?
Well, unicorns have *magic*, which is also cool; I would probably go for that (so long as it's Twilight-tier magic we're talking about, of course).
My dragon OC probably wouldn't go for that. I pictured him as more of a dragon ambassador to Equestria, as well as being Chief Commissioner on Trade and Commerce. I've even wrote a few fanfics, casting him in this role. They're on my page, if you're interested.
She's telling the story quite quick, if I say so myself. I mean, she just woke up right when Trixie and Twilight enter the room, and suddenly back story. I'm not complaining or anything, but it's just that I thought a story that had this much of an influence would be told at a more appropriate time.
